Free worldwide delivery is available on orders £35 or above!

Delivery costs and timescales will be confirmed at checkout once you enter a delivery address, however you may use the table below as a guide:

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible via Royal Mail, usually within 1 working day of the date of your order. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Ordering from outside the UK

If you are ordering from outside the UK we cannot accept liability for any import charges levied by local Customs.

*We deliver to all countries except: Afghanistan, Aland Islands, Algeria, Bouvet Island, Congo, Congo, The Democratic Republic Of The, Dominica, Egypt, Faroe Islands, Guadeloupe, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Mali, Mayotte, Niger, Nigeria, Philippines, Reunion, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Svalbard And Jan Mayen, Ukraine or Yemen  If you would like to order from one of those countries, please get in touch and we can organise a special delivery.

Faults and returns

If you would like to return a product you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of the date of receiving it and we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of postage for returning your item. A refund will be processed within 7 working days on receipt of your item, less any shipping fees originally charged. We are unable to refund any customs fees.

In the unlikely event of one of our products being faulty, please return it within 14 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund the cost and your postage.

Please inform us if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.  Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
